Rohan Oza Calls Tribeca his New Home

The Artisan Lofts in Tribeca are at the heart of luxury high-end living in Manhattan. They have views that expand from the Hudson River on the west to the Brooklyn Bridge on the east. And now, Rohan Oza, the Senior Vice President of Glaceau Energy Brands, is the proud owner of one of the lofts in the extravagant high-rise.

Born into a wealthy Indian family, Oza grew up in Zambia and was schooled in England, while vacationing in Bombay with his family during his down time. He was named one of New York’s Rising Stars in the year of 2007 in Crain’s 40 under 40 list and now, three years later, his $5.2 million tower loft purchase in Tribeca doesn’t come as a surprise.

He used to work for Coca-Cola as the brand manager for Sprite and Powerade, before switching jobs and landing the job as the senior vice president of Glauceau Energy Brands –  proud producers of Vitamin Water and Smart Water.

His success with the company has been attributed to his persuasion with Hollywood stars such as Jennifer Aniston, Tom Brady, and 50 Cent, which has helped the company skyrocket its sales by 800 percent since he joined the team in 2002.

The former commercial building, now Oza’s pricey loft, was built in 1929 and converted into apartments by architecture firm BKSK and designed by famed couple Roman and Williams.

His new Tribeca pad features three bedrooms, three and half bathrooms, and priceless of views of Manhattan.
