As Haute Living previously reported, fashion mogul and $500 million design company titan Elie Tahari has been attempting to quietly sell some serious real estate, and we can now reveal that he’s adding even more haute listings to his for-sale inventory.

Amidst rumors of marital trouble, Tahari and his wife Rory are putting some highly desirable addresses on the market, with the cumulative value of their property being upwards of $70 million. Up for grabs? A penthouse at 861 Fifth Ave., worth around $10 million, and the entire 51st floor of 1 Central Park West, worth around $18 million. There are also whispers that Elie is attempting to get out of commercial leases in New York City, and trying to sell the building that houses his store in East Hampton. And this is all in addition to that originally listed $22 million, 9,600-square-foot loft on Prince Street. This comes at a significant point in the Tahari’s 10-year marriage, as the more vicious out there gossip about a possible prenuptial agreement that is void after 10 years. We didn’t say anything…
