It looks as though Hugh Grant and Gerard Butler might go neck and neck for the $15.45 million penthouse triplex at 54 Bond Street in NoHo. Both actors have reportedly paid this three-bedroom, 4,862-square-foot pad a visit.
Developer Adam Gordon says that the entire building, which is located on an alluring cobble-stoned bock, is for sale for $32 million—and can very well be turned into an 11,000-square-foot mansion, with the basement used for storage or to transform into a pool. Gordon bought the building also known as the Bouwerie Lane Theatre building, which dates back to 1874, for $15 million in 2007.
Its penthouse has swirling mahogany hand made staircases. There are two full dine-in kitchens and one includes an adjacent wine-tasting room. The penthouse also includes 1,277 square feet of outdoor space, including a roof deck and a terrace.
