John Gray of the John Gray Restaurant will be the only chef repping Mexico during the 2010 Food Network SoBe Wine & Food Festival. He plans to present a scrumptious lineup of signature dishes at a cocktail reception on Thursday, February 25th at 4 p.m. at 1850 Collins Ave. at the legendary Dorchester Hotel’s courtyard.
Known for bringing high-quality cuisine to the Mexican Caribbean more than 17 years ago and celebrated by Conde Nast Traveler as a “Hot Table,” Gray’s restaurants in Cancun, Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen are celebrated for seamlessly fusing innovative presentations, international flavors and ingredient pairings within each selection.
The South Beach Wine & Food Festival 2010 will take place from February 25 to February 28.
