Chief Mixologist Alex Day is responsible for the design of the seasonal cocktails. Just like New York Fashion Week, the menu is presented twice a year, one for Spring/Summer, one for Fall/Winter. His S/S 2010 collection has a fine selection of playful bubbly aperitifs, medium bodied boozier beverages, and finishing digestives.
The masterpieces are made nightly by bartenders Libby Ewing and Erinn Ruth. According to Erinn, her favorite thing about Day’s architectural beverages is that “they showcase the actual flavor of the spirit in inventive ways.” Each cocktail is meant to pair with a mood, stop by and find out if your feeling like a Copper Pot, Sun Dial, or Sweet & Vicious.
