Napa’s Hyde de Villaine Wines is coming to West Hollywood for the first time ever, with an amazing dinner planned by chef Andy Cook and Aaron Elliot at the Gordon Ramsay at The London. HdV winemaker Stephane Vivier will help host the dinner, offering his expertise. HdV is known to be the testimony to a good marriage, which came from the union of Pamela de Villaine, a cousin of the Hyde family of Hyde Vineyards and Burgundy’s Aubert de Villaine, both raised on the classic wine-making traditions that established their families.
The dinner will take place on January 21 and will offer three courses, dessert, and cheese paired with five different wines. The cost? Just $15o per person. Take a look at the dinner menu:
