Triplex On Perry Street For $25 Million

Ranging from glass to celebrity architect-driven sales, Richard Meier’s Perry Street Towers led the way for some of the hottest trends. Hitting the market last week, this triplex penthouse at 173 Perry Street is asking $25 million. The penthouse includes 5,111 “architect ready” indoor square feet and two terraces in each floor. To compare, Hugh Jackman paid $21 million for an 11,000-square-foot triplex with an interior design by Meier in 176 Perry Street. The 173 Perry triplex might the result of combining #13N and #PH-N, both which were owned by Gilbert Lamphere over the last few years. #PH-N was once owned by Martha Stewart.
