Nikki Beach Miami Restaurant Introduces New Globally Inspired Gourmet Menu

Very few places can boast such a perfect and elegant combination of sophistication and gourmet food in a relaxed Miami-style atmosphere like Nikki Beach Miami can. The beautiful restaurant that features indoor and outdoor seating is one of the only gourmet dining destinations in Miami to offer a beachfront dining experience with the perfect mix of jet-set style and South Beach’s laid-back vibe. Executive Chef Gerry Gnassi’s inspirational menu features mouth-watering items such as fresh whole lobster, Chateaubriand, sushi rolls, and fresh, crispy, and light wood burning oven pizzas by Italian pizza legacy and fifth generation pizzaiolo Enrico Sautto.

Guests can enjoy Nikki Beach Miami’s iconic appetizers including Marbella Shrimp Pil Pil which includes fresh Mediterranean shrimp sautéed with extra virgin olive oil infused with chili and shaved garlic parsley and Pork Belly which is pan seared and served with sweet and sour red cabbage topped with minted cucumber jicama slaw. Another popular choice on the revamped menu is the Nikki Beach Salad, which has been receiving rave reviews since its first appearance at the trendy locale. The salad is made of mixed greens with smoked salmon, sliced lemon, black olives, vine-ripe tomatoes, slicked figs, parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, and a touch of extra virgin olive oil.

Executive Chef Gerry Gnassi cuts no corners when it comes to preparing the restaurant’s entrees either. The French influenced Magret of Duck Breast is succulently seared until crispy and served with sweet plantain mash and roasted baby vegetable and cranberry demi. The Chateaubriand for Two features a seared and roasted double cut of beef tenderloin served with a bouqueterie of roasted baby vegetables, and herbed potatoes. For seafood fans, the restaurant offers almost an unimaginable array of options including a seven pound live Maine lobster, a two pound Australian cold water lobster tail, large freshwater prawns, fresh local snapper, bronzino flown in daily from the Mediterranean, and a 32oz bone in prime New York strip sirloin steak.

While the seemingly endless choices one has for appetizers and entrees may leave you full and satisfied, it’s highly recommended to save some room for dessert as the restaurant daily prepares succulent treats for a sweet way to end your meal. Dessert items include a coconut infused Crème Brulee, Upside Down Apple Tart, Tropical Fresh Fruit Plate, Lemon Vanilla Ricotta Cheesecake, and a heavenly Chocolate Mouse Tower.

Located in an elegantly sophisticated yet trendy setting, Nikki Beach Miami’s restaurant is a prime destination for luxurious dining with unrivaled service. Weather permitting, I would recommend you request to sit in The Garden area of the restaurant under the illuminated trees that sweep over the tables  and can function as both a romantic setting for a table of two and a festive atmosphere for a larger group.
