George Lindemann Jr. Lists Miami Mansion for $29.9 million

George Lindemann Jr., son of billionaire George Lindemann and brother of artist Adam Lindemann, has listed his 11,388-square-foot estate in Miami on the market for $29.9 million.

Hoping it will be a very happy new year indeed, Lindemann and his wife have just listed their seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom 1936 Sunset Island mansion up for grabs. The listing price works out to be $2,626 per square foot and requires approximately $1,250 per month in maintenance, according to the listing.

The mansion has been constructed in concrete block stucco and features a slate roof and hardwood floors. The home comes with an electric range and oven, a microwave oven, disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer, and a built-in oven.

With Southwestern exposure, the lot measures between 1 and 2 acres and has a three car garage, attached parking, and a covered parking area. Since we are talking about Miami here, there is of course an in-ground pool and boat dockage should the new owner wish to bring his or her yacht along.

The mansion, aptly named La Tranquilla, is a single-story completely renovated waterfront estate.
