Renowned chef Daniel Boulud will hit the streets running with teammate Alain Ducasse on February 8th for a full day of trucking. The dynamic duo will be serving up fresh dishes from an authentic food truck. The final details such as stops and the menu are still being hammered out, but it is sure to be a spin around the city which may leave some with whiplash.
Though the announcement of Boulud’s run around was made earlier last month, critics and foodies are getting excited for the pairing.
According to Boulud, “It’ll be a bonafide truck.” The launch will promote NBC’s new restaurant site and is occurring in conjunction with the South Beach Wine and Food Festival, February 24 – 28th. Will IMG be far behind?
