Rudy Giuliani will announce that he is not running for governor, or any other political office in 2010, at a press conference tomorrow. America’s mayor will instead focus on supporting Republican gubernatorial hopeful Rick Lazio, and concentrate on becoming a bigger force within the Republican Party. His book, Going Rouge, will be out next fall.
