Meat Market Chef Cooks at the Biltmore

Owner and chef of South Beach’s Meat Market, Sean Brasel, is taking a little trip south to the renowned Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables for an Interactive Culinary Demonstration and Perrier-Jouet Luncheon on December 12, 2009.

The Interactive Culinary Demonstration and Perrier-Jouet Luncheon will be taking place on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at the exclusive Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables. From noon until 2pm, Chef and owner of Meat Market in South Beach, Sean Brasel, will be whipping up splendid lunches for guests who can sip on champagne and enjoy the delicious creations from one of Miami’s hottest chefs.

Brasel provides some of the finest cuisine on Lincoln Road nightly at his Meat Market restaurant with dishes such as chili and espresso rubbed buffalo tenderloin steak topped with bittersweet chocolate mole butter; wild African pheasant roasted in a tamari and braised chicory sauce; and seared Florida grouper in browned goat butter and bacon chipotle conch broth.

The Demonstration and Luncheon will both be taking place in the Country Club Ballroom at the Biltmore Hotel. Cellar Club Member tickets are $52 per person and non-members and resort guests are $65 per person.
