The new home will be custom built with 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a theater with a mezzanine level and sound studio, a gym, sauna/spa, and dance studio.
The Mediterranean-style home has detailed features of ancient stone from the streets of Rome, Italy and multiple detailed fireplaces that are up to 500 years old.
