Kardashian’s Condo Hits the Market

Keeping Up With the Kardashians is one of the many reality television shows that have become a success.  It chronicles the lives of Kris and, now deceased, Robert Kardashian’s children—primarily their three daughters, the eldest of which is Kim. So, whether it is for the plot of the show, to start anew after her public break-up, or to keep up with her sisters, Kim is on the move and ready to sell her condo that is located in one of the trendiest buildings in West Hollywood.  Sitting on South Clark Drive in Los Angeles, the gem is just steps away from the high-end boutiques and cafes of Robertson Boulevard.  The unit boasts three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and an all over luxurious chic décor.

Kardashian purchased the 1,750-square-foot condo in November 2005, and is now asking $1,099,000 for it.  The building her unit is located in is of Mediterranean architectural style and is just blocks away from Beverly Hills, the Beverly Center and hotspots like Kitson and The Ivy.  The unit itself features a long rectangular living room with light wood floors and recessed lighting. The dining room is characterized by a tray ceiling of gold and currently holds a glass and mirror dining table.  Off the dining room, is the kitchen which boasts a large amount of counter space, stainless steel appliances, beautiful dark wood cabinetry and a bar area pass through that opens to the living room.

Each of the bedrooms portrays ultra feminine elegance highlighted by a crystal chandelier.  The guest room is outfitted in white with a white tufted fabric headboard and white linens.  The accents include silver nightstands and an oversized silver framed full-length mirror.  The master bedroom is adorned with champagne and mirrored furniture.  The tufted headboard and bench at the foot of the bed match the linens, and the mirrored chests and armoire accentuate the back-mirrored wall where the bed is placed.  Listed as having a “massive walk in closet” the master bedroom also has a spacious bathroom with double sinks, plenty of mirrors, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower.
