MIX Las Vegas

This appropriately named eatery sits atop Mandalay Bay’s prestigious boutique hotel, THE Hotel, and is the brainchild of French culinary expert Chef Alain Ducasse. His goal was to subtly meld together French gastronomy with American Cuisine, and the menu Mix offers actualizes his vision with an array of signature dishes that delight even the most discerning bon vivants. Tender potato gnocchi and eggplant caviar are simply must-haves. The restaurant is adjoined to a sprawling lounge, inviting guests to enjoy après dinner drinks and take in the stunning vistas of the colorful Las Vegas strip from the restaurant’s elevated perch. The view is perfectly accentuated by the chic white and silver interior created by the renowned design visionary, Patrick Jouin. Noteworthy is the central chandelier that is adorned with 15,000 stunning hand-blown imported Murano glass balls. The stunning piece of art–the largest chandelier in the world–is the centerpiece of the mod-chic atmosphere.

Dal Toro Ristorante

Two of Italy’s finest exports can now be enjoyed at the same time, thanks to The Palazzo’s Dal Toro Ristorante. Though the hotel complex is home to many eateries and lounges, Dal Toro is the only authentic Italian fine dining establishment.  The space offers a unique combination of the finest cuisine, wines, and the finest automobiles. The Ristorante overlooks the multi-million dollar Lamborghini Showroom, allowing diners to savor hearty pastas and sultry cars all in one bite. The interior stays true to the Italian theme, mixing imported black marble and leather accents intended to accentuate the sleek lines of the automobiles. Chef Fiorenzo Trunzo has created a sophistacted menu offering a large variety of traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. After dinner, guests are encouraged to feast their eyes on the Supercar Gallery which features over a dozen autos valued at more than a million dollars, including the Bugatti, the best desert of all.
