She has been responsible for the sale of multiple properties throughout the New York City area as well as oceanfront properties in Southampton, with sales ranging from $222,000 to $26M. No job is too large or too small for Maria. She tackles them all with successful results.
Ultimately Maria excels in the negotiation. She believes her patience, trustworthiness, hard work and fair play ethic has been the source of her success. Creating a chain of communication between herself and her client is important to Maria: “I want my clients to make informed choices. I make sure they do not have unrealistic expectations. I believe in being honest. I educate my buyers and sellers about the market and help them create realistic goals during their buying or selling transactions. With my expertise, they can make better choices based upon their experience with me and save a lot of time in the process”.
Maria is an Associate Broker, a Fine Home Specialist and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. She earned her degree in Psychology and Economics, pursued a Master’s Degree in Business, as well as a post graduate work in General Psychology. Prior to real estate brokerage, Maria dedicated 16 years to restaurant management where she learned the importance of customer service and ran multimillion dollar businesses for her employers. She has also volunteered her time for Alzheimer’s research. Maria is a devoted wife and mother. She splits her time between her apartment in New York City and a home in Southampton.
