Shawn Elliott’s Luxury Homes & Estates is not your typical real estate firm. “The real estate market is changing,” Elliott says. “So in order to be proactive, you have to think out of the box. You need to be creative and put everything you can into the property. And that’s been what distinguishes my firm from others. If there is a needle in a haystack, we will find it.”
