Three-time Oscar nominee Tom Cruise and his young wife Katie Holmes have reportedly purchased this Beverly Hills mansion for $35 million, despite the house not being on the market, according to the LA Times. The home, which has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, was originally built in 1937, and expanded to 10,286 square feet in recent years. The 1.3-acre property also features a tennis court and pool to keep the growing family busy.
